You call Conyers Fence Company to find out more information. Our office manager schedules our estimator to come out and take a look at your project free of charge.*
The Estimate
Our experienced estimator meets with you on your property to discuss what type of fence you are looking for and what will meet your needs. They can discuss the pros and cons of each of our products and help you find the best fit. They will measure your yard and take some notes about the project. We then will write up an estimate to be emailed to you within a day or two of meeting that lays out the pricing for your fence. We are typically able to make most adjustments to the proposal, if needed, without needing to come back out and remeasure.
Scheduling & Deposit
The next step is typically conducted via email and/or phone call. You will sign the proposal and return to us via email. We typically require a 50% deposit up front with the remainder due upon completion. We accept credit cards over the phone or you can mail or drop off a check to our office at 1026 South Main St. Conyers, GA 30012. We will then get you scheduled and give you a time frame of when you can expect our installers to be working at your property.
Under Contract
During the under contract period, Conyers Fence will be working behind the scenes to prepare. We will call in a locate request to make all underground utilities that are present at the property to ensure we do not hit anything while digging. We will gather all material and fabricate any gates involved in your project. As your installation draws near, we will communicate with you about when to expect us on site. Please note that Conyers Fence Company is delayed by any rain or extreme cold which will delay your project as other projects are pushed back. We will contact you 24-72 hours in advance with a firm date for installation.
The Installation Our highly-experienced installers will be out to install your fence. You may need to meet with them as they begin the project to answer any questions they may have and double check that everyone is on the same page about what you want. Our installers will then get to work putting up your fence. According to the size of the project, it may take as little as a few hours or a couple of days.
Final Invoice
Once the fence is installed, you will receive a final invoice for the remainder of your payment via email. Again, you can pay by credit card over the phone or mail or drop off a check to our address. You will receive a receipt via email once you have paid.

You then get to look out at your back yard and see the fence you dreamed of in place. You get to actually see your kids and pets playing in the safety of your back yard. It's that simple.
