Operator Service Program
Regularly scheduled PM services on your slide gate operators
In our Service Program, we will provide regularly scheduled PM service and troubleshoot any issues with your slide gate operator. On each PM service, our skilled service technicians will complete the following:

Tightening/adjusting the chain

Chain lubrication
-
Rollers lubrication
-
Checking safety eyes
-
Changing batteries in wireless edge kit (once per year)

Checking and readjusting limits (as needed)

Checking entry devices
-
Checking app service
-
Inspection for wear or damage on the gate

Inspection on all wire connections
-
Inspection for wear or damage on the operator

As a Service Program member, you will also receive priority service calls throughout the year should your operator require additional troubleshooting and repair.
The service program does not include the replacement of any parts or batteries. Should your operator need any replacement parts, you will only be charged for the parts, as the Service Program will cover any labor and installation costs.

There are three tiers of our program to offer our customers an option that fits their needs.
*Savings are based on a base rate of $300 per service call if not enrolled in our Service Program.

Tier 1: Quarterly PM Service
With Tier 1, our service tech team will come out and perform a PM service to your operator ever 3 months. Tier 1 saves it's members $400 each year.* This tier is recommended for operators whose gates open more than 15 times per day.
Tier 2: Semi-annual PM Service
Tier 2 includes a complete PM service performed every 6 months. Members of Tier 2 save $150 per year on operator maintenance.* This tier is recommended for regular-use commercial properties.
Tier 3: Annual PM Service
With Tier 3, your operator will receive an annual PM service by our service tech team. By being a member of Tier 3, our customers will save $50 a year.* This tier is recommended for residential properties.
Service Program fees are charged annually based on when the customer signs up for the program. Service calls will be scheduled every 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months from the start date.
